My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect for visiting Palermo with everything in walking distance, but the noisy room lacking natural light and in need of renovation brought some discomfort. The friendly and helpful staff added a positive note to the experience, despite the room service needing some proactive improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it perfect for those who want easy access to city attractions. The rooms, while a bit tight on space, provide the essentials like free bottled water and tea-making facilities, although the lack of natural light can be off-putting. The service could be more attentive, especially during late hours, but the staff offers a range of helpful amenities like room service and tour assistance. Dining options are decent but not outstanding, with a mix of hot and cold selections. The facilities, while not exceptional, meet basic needs for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms had an oldish feel with water stains on the lamps, but they turned out to be surprisingly spacious and quiet despite overlooking Via Roma. The service was a bit lacking compared to the reception staff who were always kind and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping but noisy due to being on the busy Via Roma. The dining experience was good overall, although it lacked a bit of the Southern Italian touch I expected. The facilities offered were decent and satisfactory.

The hotel rooms have everything you need, are modern and super, super clean with lots of nice towels, even facing Via Roma. However, they lack natural light. The service was super friendly and helpful but let down by drab furnishings. The location on Via Roma, though noisy, was okay for city walking and eating in the evening, in line with expectations for the chain hotel. The dining experience was very good, nice and delicious, starting from 8.30 am. The facilities meet expectations but lack in some areas typical of a southern Italian hotel.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is top-notch with friendly staff, but there were some maintenance issues and noise disturbances. The hotel is centrally located, which is convenient, but the noise from terrace cleaning was bothersome. The rooms were ready and had a strange noise on the 10th floor, with only 2 rooms at that level. The value for money was reasonable despite the noise inconvenience.
